Returns & Refunds Policy


We hope that you will be delighted with your Senti order. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days, in its original condition, for a full refund or replacement, provided it is in the original packaging and unused condition.

Please use recorded delivery and keep your receipt as proof of postage. Your goods should be returned to:

Postage and packing costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

Our office and distribution centre are closed on bank holidays. Returns delivered during these times will be processed on our return and may experience small delays.

Please note that we are not responsible for returned parcels that do not reach us, or their cost. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, such as a department store, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us. Similarly, if you purchased products on the Senti website, you must return them in accordance with the procedure outlined here and in our terms and conditions.


Faulty Products

If you believe your product is faulty, please notify us so we can assist you. To contact us, please email us at orders@senti.co.uk or call us on 0208 947 5179. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 5.30pm.

To return a faulty item for a refund, it must be in its original packaging. Please use recorded delivery and keep your receipt as proof of postage. Postage costs are only refundable for faulty or incorrect items, and we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with the outcome of your refund request.

If your Senti product is within one year of purchase and becomes faulty, please contact us for assistance. We will need proof of purchase. We will unfortunately not be able to refund past this date.
