Delivery Policy


We currently use DPD and DHL for next day delivery for all orders placed before 12pm. Our couriers offer tracking and will contact you with delivery options should you find the delivery time ordate is not convenient. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

Our standard delivery free for all orders over £80, and shipping will be automatically deducted at checkout. For orders under £80, delivery is charged at £8.50.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Non-mainland UK and remote area delivery times may vary by an additional 2-3 working days.

In the event of an order being lost by a third party, Senti bears no risk once it has left our warehouse. Senti cannot be held responsible for delays if the delivery is caused by our distributors or any other third party.

If your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence via email or post within 7 days of receipt. If on receipt we conclude that the damage was caused in transit, we will replace the item for you.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
