Senti Limited (“Senti”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides the services available on the website. Your use of this website is governed by the terms and conditions set out below.

By using any part of this website, completing and sending off the order form or emailing us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products to the buyer hereafter referred to as the “Customer” or “you”. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

Prices

All prices are quoted in British Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (as may be prescribed by law from time to time) unless otherwise stated. Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods and are stated on the Order Form.

Payment

Senti uses third party suppliers – they are currently, but not restricted to, Shopify and PayPal.

Payment can only be made by Credit Card via the Shopify Payment Gateway, PayPal, Cheque or Bank Transfer and payments must be made in British Sterling. We accept most major Credit Cards.

All payments will be processed and cleared before dispatch of goods. The Customer will be notified if their payment is not accepted or cannot be processed as soon as possible.

Passing of Property

Senti retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by the Customer and until that payment has been cleared.

Passing of Risk

The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery, as defined below.

Delivery

All goods are sent by courier – currently, but not restricted to, DPD and DHL.

Our delivery terms are stated in our Delivery Policy. Non-mainland UK and remote area delivery times may vary by an additional 2-3 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept overseas orders.

In the event of an order being lost by a third party, Senti bears no risk once it has left our warehouse. Senti cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our distributors or any other third party.

Acceptance

The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to accept the goods unless they notify Senti within 24 hours by email or phone. This does not, however, affect the Customer’s statutory rights.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days with proof of purchase, in its original condition, for a full refund or replacement, provided it is in the original packaging and unused condition. Use recorded delivery and keep your receipt as proof of postage. Return to the address below:

The Customer can either email us at orders@senti.co.uk or phone 0208 947 5179 (office hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 5.30pm).

Postage and packing costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, and we are not responsible for returned parcels that do not reach us or their cost.

Our office and distribution centre are closed on bank holidays, orders placed during these times will be processed on our return and may experience small delays.

We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, such as a department store, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us. Similarly, if you purchased products on the Senti website, you must return them in accordance with the procedure outlined here or on our Returns Policy.

Cancellation

The Customer can cancel their Order without any cost providing the goods have not been dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched, then the Returns Policy will apply.

The Customer can cancel their order by either emailing us at orders@senti.co.uk or by phone on 0208 947 5179 (office hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5.30pm).

Privacy Policy

The details on your Order Form are entered on our Accounts System. Your order is kept in paper format as well as on our online shop database. We do not share this information or your personal details with anyone else unless required by law to do so. They will be held as long as necessary and in accordance with English Limited Company Laws.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added, and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. Law

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law. Any person who makes a fraudulent credit card or cheque transaction will be prosecuted with no exception.

General

While Senti uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Senti will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.

The entire liability of Senti under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these terms and conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions.

Senti does not accept liability for any consequential or incidental damages that arise out of or are related to the use of this site or the purchase or use of any goods.

Senti reserves the right to make changes to any part of the site. By using the site following any changes to the terms, the Customer agrees to be bound by those changes. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
